• Support Zone Operations Manager, lead development and coaching of team members • Maintain direct reports, assist in overseeing activities of other managers • Cultivate positive employee experience, ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor performance and foster positive environment for team members • Engage and coach employees, building positive relationships for collaboration • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspire others towards shared goals • Apply creative problem-solving to address operational challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics (Preferred) • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required) • 2 years or more in relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or industry-related field (Preferred) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) (Advanced, Required) • Logistics industry knowledge with fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components (Advanced, Preferred) • Knowledge and understanding of applicable local and Federal regulations (Advanced, Preferred)
