• Company: Resilience Lab • Company website: www.resiliencelab.us • Role: Billing Operations Specialist • Location: Remote / US • Compensation - Up to $48,000 • About Us: Launched in 2019, Resilience Lab is the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve quality mental health access. • Opportunity: Resilience Lab is currently seeking to hire a passionate and dedicated Billing Operations Specialist to join our growing team! • The ideal candidate should be able to handle and organize multiple responsibilities and tasks daily, having knowledge and skills in medical billing, coding, accounts receivables, and collections. • Responsibilities: Review billing activity history, work cross-functionally with clinicians, ensure timeliness of claim submissions, analyze claims data, support the Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years Revenue Cycle Management experience • Self-starter with strong billing, coding, insurance verification, and claims follow-up skills • Behavioral health / mental health service line and telehealth billing experience preferred • Experience communicating with payers to resolve issues • Proficient with Excel and data analysis • Ability to navigate occasionally complex workflows • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
