Description

• Actively contribute to overall company targets and influence daily business decisions • Build and maintain business relationships with clients related to B2B projects • Identify opportunities for revenue maximization e.g., prospective sectors and clients, tender opportunities etc. within Europe • Contact prospective clients to arrange pre-sales presentations (personal network, LinkedIn, in-person and online conferences etc.) • Build long-term relationships, investigate, and determine client needs, introduce strategy • Create and present sales pitches to prospective clients with the support of product owners and account managers • Manage the business development pipeline • Maintain a strong relationship with a client means addressing their issues, concerns, or questions in a thoughtful, timely manner • Create price quotations and lead sales negotiations for closing sales processes • Collaborate with product owners and senior management to create sales and pricing strategies • Coach account managers to scale up existing accounts

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Business development experience, in contact center or BPO environment • Good understanding of omni-channel contact center solutions • Any knowledge in machine learning, AI is a plus • International work experiences • Independent user in English speaking skills, able to hold a business meeting in English • It's a big advantage if you speak any other European language • Communication skills – communicating thoughtfully, accurately, and efficiently is necessary for establishing relationships; corresponding in person, over the phone, or through email; preparing presentations and comprehensive reports • Presentation skills – big part of the job is to secure new clients, which can be achieved through pitches and presentations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with personal computers including MS Office platforms • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
