📋 Description
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (U.S. based candidates) • Department: Sales • Full-time • Saaf Finance is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation, book meetings, and qualify prospects for the Senior Sales team. • This role is crucial in expanding Saaf Finance’s presence in the mortgage lending market. • This position is ideal for early-career sales professionals eager to break into enterprise-level FinTech sales. • The SDR will work closely with the CEO and senior sales team to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales/ SDR at a Fintech or mortgage/finance-related sales. • Hustle & Persistence: Must be highly motivated, comfortable with rejection, and eager to learn. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for cold calling and emailing. • Tech-Savvy: AI- savvy, familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mortgage tech or selling to banks, lenders. • Background in financial services, lending, or B2B SaaS sales. • Prior experience with email outreach, cold calling and high-volume outreach.
