• A role within the commercial arm of Safeguard Medical Technologies, responsible for growing sales through the existing international distribution network as well as developing new opportunities to expand market share and presence across Europe by onboarding of new distribution partners. • Job holder to promote and adhere to the company values of quality and compliance with current legislation. • Creating comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Company objectives to drive revenue growth in the European market. • Drive sales to achieve the revenue and profitability goals of the company by managing, supporting, and training distributors across European market. • Manage the performance of existing distributors to include evaluating, hiring, firing, adjusting territories, etc. to meet financial and market penetration goals for the territory. • Act as the key point of contact for sales feedback within the business. • Liaise with marketing and product development to ensure brand building and product strategy is targeted to support sales. • Research competitors and competitor products, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of existing products and services currently established within all pre-hospital, Trauma care sectors and conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. • New business development – actively pursue opportunities to expand to new customer bases. • Provide support and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and comply with regulatory requirements. • Actively pursue customer feedback via surveys and other communication to assist the QA team in post-market surveillance activities. • Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements, to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products. • Gather, analyze, and deliver information from the field and provide sales data/reports to management allowing the company to develop strategies and products. • Work closely with cross-functional teams. • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance. • Attend conferences. • Stay informed about the activities of health services in your relevant area and improve own product knowledge and sales techniques. • Attend regular internal product training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience in sales management of Medical and/or Tactical Devices distributors, in military and civilian market segments within the European market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, distributor management and other sales methodologies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. • Fluent or business equivalent in commonly used EU Languages (English, German, French, Spanish). • Experienced in business customs within various EU markets.
