• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: 6+ years of public relations experience is required. • Healthcare Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a proven ability to translate complex topics into compelling stories that resonate with media and stakeholders. • Media Relations Expertise: Extensive experience managing media relations and securing placements in top-tier outlets, with a strong network of media contacts. • Crisis Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead effective crisis communication strategies and manage reputational risks. • Exceptional Writing Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content across various formats. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze media trends, measure the impact of PR activities, and adjust strategies to improve results. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems, generate fresh ideas, and elevate client visibility in the marketplace.
