📋 Description

• Provide on-the-ground training and support for new client onboarding • Responsible for project management and execution of final technology deployment • Ensure successful launches at each community • Onboard new clients and communicate how Sage works and is different • Build relationships with key stakeholders at each community • Train staff and management at the community during implementation • Prepare communities for implementation including distribution of devices • Support technical team members in setting up key infrastructure • Troubleshoot with Sage users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) • Experience training and presenting both in a group setting and 1 on 1 • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Technical enough to troubleshoot issues with consumer electronics and software programs • Self-starter comfortable working autonomously • Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box • Patience and follow-through to root cause of issues • Expectation to travel up to 70% of the time across the continental US • Experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines
