Requirements

• Support the Senior Director of Panel Operations • Develop project schedules and timelines • Allocate resources and ensure resource availability and allocation • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders • Manage changes in project scope and timelines • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Facilitate change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Proven working experience in Project Management or Operations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail • Independent worker capable of taking initiative and driving projects forward • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach • Logical and critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset • Experience in Market Research a plus
