📋 Description
• OneVest is a fast-growing technology company on a mission to Power the World’s Wealth by revolutionizing how financial institutions deliver wealth management services. • We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our Wealth Solutions Team, which is at the core of OneVest's ability to provide Wealth Management services. • In this role you’ll lead a team of high-performing engineers responsible for our core product. • You’ll provide technical and people leadership to drive quality, performance, and scalability within our products. • You’ll be instrumental in shaping our engineering culture and fostering a collaborative environment that supports learning and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management role • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams • Hands-on experience building and scaling features, particularly for SaaS platforms • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business goals • Ownership mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
