• Drive positive change in life science learning landscape • Collaboratively address learning strategy and development needs • Project manage innovative learning solutions • Set vision for and build deliverables • Navigate complexities from multiple projects in a fast-moving learning environment • Manage project/deliverable timelines and coordinate with internal resources • Participate in/lead client interviews to understand challenges and goals • Develop and support project kick-off decks, status updates, and case studies • Prepare design documents for learner-centric solutions • Develop learning solution deliverables using instructional design principles • Articulate Salience’s value and science behind learning strategy • Build strong relationships with internal and client team members • Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables to ensure quality • Track client requests and ensure consistency among deliverables • Manage client's legal, medical, regulatory review process for deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required • 3+ years management consulting in a life science strategy consulting practice or life science agency • 4+ years of project management experience and/or managing multiple project work plans • Business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry including commercial, marketing, market access, etc. • Demonstrated ability to set vision for and build deliverables • Experience supporting learning projects or strong interest in learning and org transformation • Sense of urgency surrounding creating and achieving goals • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills • Highly motivated to learn and grow and challenge yourself every day • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a MUST • Experience with Apple Mac laptops strongly preferred
