📋 Description

• Join Salsify as a Senior Product Manager Global Data Standards optimizing digital shelf data processes. • Collaborate with Sales, CSM, Retail, Engineering and R&D teams to define and manage the roadmap. • Champion data standards internally and externally, ensuring optimal standards usage across the ecosystem. • Manage standards evolution and change management processes in PXM and SXM data models. • Lead direct reports, providing direction and coaching for successful team outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, product data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on GS1 standards. • Ability to assess data structures, identify inconsistencies, and develop solutions to enhance data quality. • Experience managing large-scale data initiatives and driving adoption of new data governance policies. • Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and building influence within an organization that is brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise. • Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment. • Ability to collect and deeply understand user feedback and then amplify that learning to the organization
