• This is a part-time role (20 hours per week). • The Finance & HR Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. • Overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. • This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in both finance and human resources, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CMA, SPHR, or MBA preferred). • 5+ years of experience in financial management and human resources, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or a related industry. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and HR best practices. • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and HR management systems. • Experience with financial and HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, ADP, or similar). • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
