• We’re seeking a skilled HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a video game company. • This role focuses on operational and analytical aspects of HR. • You will manage employee and contractor lifecycle operations, including payments, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll. • Support broader HR initiatives and ensure smooth management of essential HR processes and systems. • If you are detail-oriented and have experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, we want to hear from you! • Responsibilities include drafting agreements, overseeing payroll processes, implementing payroll platforms, and developing contractor performance tracking systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • 4-5 years of HR experience, including experience in the gaming, entertainment, or creative industries. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and performance management tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, creative environments. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
