📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The duties of this Operations Support Specialist role provides support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) along with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Vice President of Operations. • Daily tasks will vary from one executive office to another. • This position requires the efficient management and coordination of multiple priorities, along with the ability to take on additional tasks as required. • Manage the CMO’s calendar, including coordinating interviews and site visits with potential candidates. • Design and create materials for marketing such as trifold brochures, posters, mailing campaigns and logos for each program in collaboration with team members, under supervision from CMO. • Act as liaison between CMO and clinicians as directed. • Coordinate the ordering of clinician lab coats, prescription pads and business cards, cycling of materials and ordering supplies as needed by SAMGI programs. • Facilitate smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and inquiries. • Manage projects and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives. Follow-up with team members as needed. • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics. • Maintain strict confidentiality of Surgical Affiliates’ business operations, proprietary, personnel, and personal information on Surgical Affiliates’ practitioners as well as patient information. • Represent Surgical Affiliates professionally and display integrity and a positive attitude with employees, potential candidates, vendors, and hospital clients. • Complete any additional tasks and assignments as requested. • Complete all assignments in a timely manner with a work ethic driven by customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and prior work experience. • Demonstrated strength in computer software, e.g., Canva Graphics and Presentation software, MS Office Suite including Word and Excel, DocuSign, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. • Ability to communicate effectively to the providers, and other stakeholders throughout the organization. • Ability to critically think including actively and skillfully conceptualizing, analyzing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication. • Results driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate. • Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail and be flexible in a fast paced and growing organization. Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Strong grammar and formatting skills to ensure publications and communications sent out on behalf of the company are error free and professional.
