Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role β€’ Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence β€’ Demonstrated experience in running customer facing value motions β€’ Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills β€’ Experience supporting or working with technical products β€’ Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders β€’ Passion for taking initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment β€’ Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure β€’ Bachelor’s degree
