You'll be working alongside our go-to-market teams to grow, retain and take care of well known brands, such as Asos, Gymshark, Lego and many more! • Responsibilities include: • Signing up a new brands with regular touchpoints to set them up for success. • Kick-Off calls ensuring new customers understand our value proposition. • Post sales handovers, working closely with Business Development Manager so they understand what is expected for the brand. • Managing brands for the first few months they are with us. • Identify expansion opportunities, leveraging knowledge & relationship of the customer to identify expansion opportunities for the Account management team. • Campaign reviews, ensuring clear goals are set at the start of the campaign, reviewing & presenting back the data to suggest optimisations for future activity to drive further expansion. • Focussing on adoption and product optimisation.
• Experience working across multiple different products • Experience in finding expansions opportunities and generated leads and upsells / • Working towards targets & team OKRs • Confidently communicated & expressed views • Confident managed a book of business • Experience in making decisions driven by data
