Requirements

β€’ 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as consulting, account management or customer success. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously β€’ Results-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. β€’ A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. β€’ Knowledge of sales enablement, workflow automation, or BPM software β€’ Life sciences industry experience is a plus β€’ Experience with tools similar to Hubspot, PandaDoc and ChurnZero
