• Drive customer success by providing oversight, incident management, adoption recommendations • Perform routine health checks and business value assessment • Develop and categorize all customers • Monitor key performance indicators and utilization trends • Lead Customer Advisory Board and provide educational sessions for customers

Requirements

• Fluent in English plus other languages • Previous experience in customer success or application portfolio management • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture • Extensive experience in IT consulting • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements
