📋 Description
• As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, you will lead the continued development of our People Operations processes. • Partner with stakeholders to implement streamlined scalability for our People Team programs. • Act as an internal consultant to global HR and business stakeholders. • Showcase your experience in HR and knowledge of technology. • Develop lasting solutions that solve complex business challenges. • Bring demonstrated experience succeeding in high growth, fast-paced organizations.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years experience in HR in fast-growing, global companies. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years experience in project/program management. • Deep understanding of Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation or Leaves & Absence. • Experience leading People Operations projects in partnership with Total Rewards, People Partners, or Talent & Performance teams. • Experience managing People projects: creating timelines, defining process and technology project plans, test plans, communication plans, and cutover plans. • Experience advising and building compliant HR processes. • Experience in People Operations function. • Highly inclusive managing style to coach and mentor junior members of the team.
