🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer • Deep software development experience in Go • Experience as a technical leader, including peer leadership across teams • Track record of delivering complex technical projects • Experience developing highly-available, performant, distributed applications • Demonstrated ability to work in a rapid-prototyping environment and adapt to uncertainty • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across time-zones
