Description

• Spearhead partner advertising efforts focused on engaging service members and families • Oversee planning, execution and measurement of advertising campaigns from inception to completion • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners supporting the military community • Utilize data-driven insights to refine advertising strategies for maximum impact • Conduct market research to optimize campaign effectiveness • Innovate and adapt advertising practices for military audience needs • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, specifically in crafting omni-channel campaigns including (but not limited to) ROS, co-branded social media, dedicated messaging, direct mail, YouTube branded segments and more • A deep understanding of advertising platforms and strategies, including ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges and data management platforms—specifically GAM, GTM, DCM, Google Analytics, DV360, Meta Business Suite and more • Ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies • Strong communicator and storyteller adept at conveying complex concepts in relatable terms • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
