Description

• Responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of a clinic and practice facility in Italy. • Regularly coordinate with senior physicians to develop strategies to achieve growth targets. • Ensure outstanding care quality and positive patient experience through process optimization and quality management. • Produce comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress and challenges. • Identify and leverage business growth opportunities, including new facility development and acquisition support. • Establish innovative treatment methods to position Sanoptis as a pioneer in ophthalmology in Italy.

Requirements

• Completed studies in healthcare management, business administration or comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in a management position in the healthcare sector, ideally in ophthalmology and clinic management or operations management. • Profound knowledge of quality management and process optimization. • Ability to deal with challenges in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with a strong economic mindset. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. • Business fluent in Italian and English. • Willingness to travel within Italy. • Reliable, diligent and accurate way of working, ability to work under pressure in stressful situations.
