• Minimum of 7+ years in business development, sales strategy, product management, or a related role within the cybersecurity, technology, or training industries. • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity training markets, with the ability to identify and respond to emerging trends. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies. • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. • Adept at analyzing market data, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions. • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, especially remotely and across time-zones. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
