β’ University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a similar discipline. β’ 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related field, preferably in the software industry. β’ Proven ability to manage a full account lifecycle with a focus on expanding account revenue. β’ Strong interpersonal skills with experience building relationships at C-level. β’ Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas for account growth. β’ Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) is a plus. β’ Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English. β’ Experience working with IT personas is advantageous. β’ Comfortable working remotely, but ideally based in Germany (Cologne or Munich) or Spain (Barcelona) for regular onsite collaboration.
