🎯 Requirements

β€’ You have 1-3 years of proven work experience in customer-facing roles, including Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or in a similar one in the SaaS industry. β€’ You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or in a similar discipline β€’ You are persistent, creative, and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple business opportunities and projects in parallel to understand, connect, and delight our customers β€’ You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to continuously improve the value that we deliver to our customers and our differentiation in the market β€’ You have outstanding oral and written ability in English β€’ You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office) β€’ You are based in Germany or Spain (we do not have an entity elsewhere) β€’ It is a plus if you have: β€’ Proven experience running the end-to-end SaaS pre-sales, onboarding, and renewals β€’ Proven work experience in the channel business, working in the intersection between SaaS vendors, resellers, and customers β€’ You are fluent in German
