• This is a remote position. • HealthBegins is looking for a Lead Program Manager to join our team. • The lead reports directly to the Program Director, Learning and Improvement. • You’ll work to address the social, economic, and structural challenges that affect marginalized communities. • You will be responsible for all project planning, implementation, and delivery aspects. • You will also leverage your knowledge domain expertise to support content development and research where needed. • HealthBegins has a dynamic and supportive work culture that uplifts team members with great benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience. • 4+ years of experience working with stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment. • Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant work history post-high school. • Strong interest and documented commitment to advancing health equity. • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business Administration. • Experience working in healthcare, public health, and/or community health. • Experience working with healthcare systems, health plans, community nonprofits, and/or philanthropies is a plus. • Experience working in or demonstrating a deep understanding of Medicaid policy and/or managed care plans is a plus. • Experience working with stakeholders in a nimble, fast-paced, and hybrid (in-person and virtual) work environment. • Experience providing strategic consulting services that deliver measurable results. • Experience using project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Rocketlane, Monday, Asana, etc.). • PMP and/or CSM certification. • Technical skills include: Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite software. • Excellent experience with databases and CRM software. • Proficiency using platforms like Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, and Webex.
