📋 Description

• Connect business processes to IT solutions • Support the Pricing system infrastructure • Drive development of business process and system improvements • Create Business and Functional requirement documentation • Develop and translate use cases and IT test cases • Interact with the Pricing team, IT, and vendors • Provide ongoing training and documentation on Pricing systems • Create and direct Change Management efforts • Troubleshoot Application and tool issues as SME • Drive cross-functional teams to meet project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for customer success • Strong analytical aptitude • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism and adaptability • Ability to act as a liaison between Pricing function and IT support teams • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel • SQL and other coding skills a plus • Experience with enterprise-level Pricing applications highly desired • Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
