🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of project or program management or consulting experience • 5+ years of experience building processes for medium and large companies • Experience leading and managing teams • Certifications in PMP, Scrum master, and/or Agile • Experiences in PMO, project management, PMP, Scrum master, creating and grooming backlog, sprint reporting or related fields in medium and large companies • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare administration/management, or related field. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong visual presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to facilities in California, Arizona, and Ohio
