📋 Description
• Company Description: Veracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) designed to meet the specific needs of independent K-12 schools worldwide. • We are a growing, values-led community of 350 employees in the US, UK and Australia. • About the Role: As a Program Manager, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives. • You will bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement within the product and engineering organization. • You will be the first person in a new Program Management function and have opportunities for management and mentorship.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master • Demonstrated ability to perform capacity planning and resource allocation • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Experience with program management in a fast-paced, high-growth software company • Experience producing reports and dashboards for executive teams • Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar • Knowledge of software development practices • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools • Track record of successful cross-team collaboration • Experience with accounting, fintech, treasury and/or embedded banking solutions
