📋 Description

• Workiva is seeking a Senior AI Program Manager to lead the implementation and scaling of AI initiatives across its internal business technology landscape • Champion the adoption of AI across Workiva, highlighting its potential to transform internal operations and workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute Workiva's AI strategy, with an emphasis on integrating AI into internal systems • Oversee the full lifecycle of internal AI projects, from concept to deployment and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex cross functional initiatives and strategic programs across functional teams • Demonstrated experience in implementing and scaling AI solutions at a global, enterprise level • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams, to achieve program goals & objectives as well as business outcomes • Prior experience in SaaS B2B environments, particularly in Business Technology or AI transformation roles
