Requirements

•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree. JD highly preferred. •15+ years of overall relevant professional experience. •At least 8 years of experience leading land acquisition teams in large-scale infrastructure / real estate development. Direct experience in the renewable energy industry highly preferred. •Proven track record of building multi-1000 acre land banks. •Experience managing land acquisition through financial close; Knowledge of project financing and pre-construction requirements. •Experience working with permitting specialists, regulators, project managers, environmental lawyers, scientists, planners, engineers, and contractors. •Comfortable reading, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. •Legal background in real estate preferred. •Expert communication and organization skills. •Strong sense of ownership over individual contributions and team success.
