β’ Identify and target potential clients in Sweden to expand our customer base and increase market share. β’ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. β’ Actively pursue sales opportunities and work with the internal sales team to close orders. β’ Accountable to meet or exceed agreed sales targets. β’ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop solutions that address client requirements. β’ Prepare and deliver video or face to face sales proposals, presentations, and site visits to show the value of our solutions. β’ Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead in the market. β’ Provide weekly reports and updates on sales activities as required. β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
β’ Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on generating new business and closing deals. β’ Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and account management. β’ Good English and excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to progress multiple opportunities. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at various levels. β’ Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel regularly. β’ Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. β’ Previous experience in industrial automation sales is a plus. β’ Previous experience in CRM system usage and task management is a must. β’ Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
