Description

• Scholar Rock is a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and delivers life-changing therapies for people with serious diseases that have high unmet need. • Focused on advancing innovative treatments where protein growth factors are fundamental. • The Senior Director, Global Marketing - SMA will lead marketing strategies for apitegromab launch across countries globally. • This role requires expertise in rare diseases and proven experience with ex-US country launches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, with experience in global or regional roles. • Proven track record of leading successful launches in Europe, preferably in rare diseases or neurology. • Expertise in SMA or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in multichannel marketing and campaign execution. • Knowledge of European regulatory and market access environments. • Patient-focused mindset with a passion for improving lives in rare diseases. • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and geographies • Team oriented and willingness to go the extra mile • Performance orientation and ability to drive, work and deliver along agreed timelines. • Readiness to travel (up to 30% of the time)
