• Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance. • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits. • Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner. • Deliver on-going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing. • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs and update benefits. • Be able to excel both independently and as a key member of a collaborative team. • Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also contributing effectively to teams workshops and goals.
