🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, or Business. • 4-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally within startups or high-growth companies. • Expertise in executing email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and workflow automation. • A proven track record of managing and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. • Skilled at A/B testing, analyzing metrics, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. • Strong project management skills to oversee all aspects of webinar production, including planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up. • Familiar with best practices for list segmentation and maintaining clean data hygiene (preferably in HubSpot). • Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and external partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, compelling messages. • Strong attention to detail in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to shifting priorities in a startup setting. • Bonus: familiarity with the solar and renewable energy industry or similar industrial field-oriented sector.
