Description

• Lead the design and execution of research projects that combine qualitative and quantitative methods • Analyze and synthesize data from qualitative and quantitative sources to uncover key consumer insights • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure study design aligns with strategic business objectives • Present qualitative & quantitative findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or a related field required • Certifications in Qualitative Research or Market Research preferred • 4 - 7 Years of experience preferred • Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including interviewing, coding, thematic analysis, survey design and study design • Some experience with integrating findings from mixed methods research into strategy recommendations preferred • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods including interviewing, focus groups, ethnography, survey design and study design • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights
