🎯 Requirements

• You have 4-6+ years of relevant HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, agile environment. • You are able to think like a consultant, communicate like a coach and advise both managers and individual contributors across the entire organization. • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. • You are tenacious and refuse to stop at anything less than exceptional. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, adapting to changing business needs. • You act without being told what to do – proactively getting things done. • You confidently, yet respectfully, handle tough conversations. • You are a skilled communicator – in pen and voice – phone or live; you make the right points with clarity. • You have strong knowledge of Employment law and practices and execute them with confidence, specifically you are experienced in CA Employment law. • You enjoy fast paced growth and change, easily adapting to changing priorities. • You have a Bachelor’s degree; additional HR related certifications or degrees a plus. • You are familiar with various HR systems and have experience working in a Mac environment using G-Suite
