📋 Description
• Lead HR functions including recruiting, employee benefits, visa management, and compliance • Report to CFO and work cross-functionally for workforce planning and employee engagement • Drive process improvements for enhanced employee experience
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, or related field • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, including 1-3 years of HR management experience in healthcare • Strong understanding of industry-specific compliance and requirements • Experience with visa sponsorships and managing domestic and international contractors • Proficiency in HRIS and related platforms is a plus • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
