🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to handle client communication with professionalism. • Phone Handling Experience: Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and problem-solving attitude. • Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately record information and follow scheduling protocols. • CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required; we will provide training on specific software.
