As a Manager of System Sales you will be responsible for for driving sales growth in Mexico and achieving revenue targets. • Role and Responsibilities • These responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts. • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure success. • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Supporting at tradeshows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • Proven track record of success in sales in automation of intralogistics operations projects is highly desirable. • Experience in complex consultative sales. • Must build relationships with several decision makers to reach a consensus and get the acceptance of the technical-commercial proposal • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluent in Spanish and English • High skills in Office suite and experience with CRM software • Availability to travel within the country and, eventually, abroad (15-20%)
