Description

• As a Project Officer for Content, your main responsibility will be supporting the production, publication, and promotion of Global School's upcoming Case Study Guide. • Work with Global Schools Advocates and other educators to gather Case Studies for the Global Schools Case Study Guide. • Work with the team to develop innovative ideas to showcase the stories and accomplishments of educators and advocates. • Develop, edit and revise written content for publication. • Support with the development and production of other educational materials as needed, including Activities Guides and lesson plans, to assist educators on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). • Collect and collate resources, frameworks, reports, and other relevant information that will shape the development of Global Schools content.

Requirements

• Experience with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and other related educational frameworks. • Experience working with graphic design software, including Canva. • Experience as a teacher or working in school communities is considered a plus. • Passion for the mission of Global Schools, including the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement on climate change. • Outstanding writing and editing skills; prior experience in content creation, research, and launching publications considered a plus. • Excellent command of the English language, including writing, speaking, and listening. • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and manage complex projects. • Ability to contribute at least 10 hours per week for this role.
