β€’ As our Aftermarket Sales Representative for Northern Florida, you’ll be a key contributor in helping to bring the Seakeeper Ride magic to new boat owners! β€’ Educate current and potential dealers and distributors. β€’ Leverage relationships with our existing dealer network and seek out new dealers who have yet to integrate Seakeeper Ride. β€’ Drive our Seakeeper Ride Aftermarket business through developing and implementing a regional sales strategy. β€’ Identify new business partnerships and opportunities with dealers. β€’ Manage dealer relationships and fortify communications. β€’ Interact on a consistent basis with dealer networks. β€’ Support the introduction and integration of new products and features with accounts. β€’ Collaborate with marketing on creating co-op marketing plans and attending dealer events. β€’ Manage and maintain dealer contacts in our internal CRM system, NetSuite.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar related field β€’ A minimum of one year of experience selling to dealers or distributors in a sales-related role β€’ Marine technical experience and understanding of vessel systems operations, which may come in the form of a personal interest or passion β€’ A demonstrated ability to create a report, memo, or professional PowerPoint registration using Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and an empathetic style β€’ Be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, and well-organized β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills β€’ Experience using a CRM system, such as NetSuite, or a similar related system (nice-to-have) β€’ Experience with mass distribution and MAP policies (nice-to-have)
