📋 Description

• As our Aftermarket Sales Representative for Northern Florida, you’ll be a key contributor in helping to bring the Seakeeper Ride magic to new boat owners! • Educate current and potential dealers and distributors. • Leverage relationships with our existing dealer network and seek out new dealers who have yet to integrate Seakeeper Ride. • Drive our Seakeeper Ride Aftermarket business through developing and implementing a regional sales strategy. • Identify new business partnerships and opportunities with dealers. • Manage dealer relationships and fortify communications. • Interact on a consistent basis with dealer networks. • Support the introduction and integration of new products and features with accounts. • Collaborate with marketing on creating co-op marketing plans and attending dealer events. • Manage and maintain dealer contacts in our internal CRM system, NetSuite.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar related field • A minimum of one year of experience selling to dealers or distributors in a sales-related role • Marine technical experience and understanding of vessel systems operations, which may come in the form of a personal interest or passion • A demonstrated ability to create a report, memo, or professional PowerPoint registration using Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and an empathetic style • Be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, and well-organized • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills • Experience using a CRM system, such as NetSuite, or a similar related system (nice-to-have) • Experience with mass distribution and MAP policies (nice-to-have)
