• Act as the primary point of contact for merchant partners regarding warranty-related questions. • Support the end-to-end warranty claim lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless communication on warranty operations. • Identify challenges faced by merchant partners and provide effective solutions. • Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency. • Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions and operational activities. • Monitor operational metrics and provide feedback for process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or related field, preferably in warranty services or e-commerce. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with merchant partners. • Proficiency in using customer service and operations management tools. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
