β’ Act as the primary point of contact for merchant partners regarding warranty-related questions. β’ Support the end-to-end warranty claim lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless communication on warranty operations. β’ Identify challenges faced by merchant partners and provide effective solutions. β’ Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency. β’ Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions and operational activities. β’ Monitor operational metrics and provide feedback for process improvements.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or related field, preferably in warranty services or e-commerce. β’ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with merchant partners. β’ Proficiency in using customer service and operations management tools. β’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. β’ Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
