Description

• SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings. • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, Service Delivery. • This role ensures customer deployments, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance is delivered on time and high level of customer satisfaction. • The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery background, particularly within technical services or managed security service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a managed services or cyber service delivery environment. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). • Proven experience managing technical service delivery projects and working with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
