• Audit invoices presented for payment and input data into the accounts payable system. • Ensure checks and deposits are handled in a timely and accurate manner. • Resolve accounts payable issues with vendors and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • One year of accounts payable or related business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
