📋 Description
• Support the Client Services discipline • Assist with contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions • Develop Stewardship reports • Provide ancillary support based on client needs • Participate in client meetings • Day to day client interaction • Oversee handling adjusters • Ensure reserves, coding and reporting updates • Complete file reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred • Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Basic knowledge of insurance, claims or business management • Excellent oral and written communication skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPoint • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
