📋 Description

•Seek a dynamic AI Product Manager to integrate innovative AI capabilities into our UGC platform. •Define AI strategy, identify AI features, manage a multidisciplinary team. •Develop and articulate AI strategy aligned with platform goals and user needs. •Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhancing content creation, moderation, personalization, and user engagement. •Create and manage a roadmap for AI-driven features, balancing short-term wins and long-term innovation. •Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and refine innovative AI tools. •Define feature requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical and business objectives. •Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of AI product specialists. •Foster a collaborative and innovative environment encouraging experimentation. •Drive communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on AI goals. •Utilize data analytics and user feedback for AI feature prioritization and optimization. •Monitor KPIs for AI tools, iterating based on performance. •Stay updated on AI trends and advancements. •Get ready to transform ideas into impactful AI solutions!

🎯 Requirements

•Proven track record (5+ years) in product management, preferably with experience in AI-driven products. •Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their applications in consumer-facing platforms. •Experience managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on AI or tech innovation. •Deep understanding of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and AI moderation systems. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. •Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus. •Visionary mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries in AI applications. •Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of UGC platforms. •Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
