📋 Description

• Seedworld is an innovative platform at the intersection of gaming, user-generated content, and Web3 technologies. • Building a vibrant ecosystem that empowers players to create, explore, and interact within a dynamic virtual world. • Looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with expertise in gaming and blockchain. • Design user-centric interfaces and intuitive experiences for the platform. • Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. • Create intuitive, player-friendly user interfaces for gaming and blockchain-related features. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand player behavior. • Translate complex blockchain systems into visually appealing interfaces. • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Work closely with game designers and developers to ensure design feasibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals. • Advocate for design best practices and user-centric approaches. • Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive design system for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on gaming and/or blockchain applications. • Proven track record of designing for complex systems, such as multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms. • Familiarity with Google's Material Design guidelines and responsive design principles. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture. • Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts. • Solid understanding of game design and player psychology in online multiplayer or UGC-focused games. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate design ideas effectively. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple products simultaneously. • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Enthusiastic about gaming, technology, and the potential of decentralized platforms. • Portfolio showcasing previous design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
