• Recruiting Business Development Executives to help identify existing opportunities and generate new business leads. • Engage with quality new employers who are committed to developing and training individuals. • Undertake prospecting activity to create and convert new business and expand upon our existing client base. • Promote knowledge about aligned sector specialism and influence potential service users through robust Careers Employment Information Advice and Guidance. • Nurture new and enhanced working partnerships by providing wrap-around support to employers and individuals with long-term potential for revenue generation.
