📋 Description
• Own product design for chatbot experiences that simplify recruitment • Lead design of core products including conversational chatbots, interview scheduling, and generative AI solutions • Take ownership of strategic design projects, overseeing the product design lifecycle • Define core user experience principles for self-service recruitment workflows • Translate complex user needs into design solutions through various UX deliverables • Shape long-term design vision while ensuring high-quality product delivery • Champion design thinking across the organization and lead customer interactions • Advocate for design excellence and help build a strong design culture
🎯 Requirements
• 6-8 years of product design experience with at least 2 years in a lead role for complex B2B products • Experience working with user research methods and a strong inclination to involve customers/stakeholders in the design process • Experience working across the full-stack design process with an emphasis on UX architecture, customer journey mapping, and high-fidelity design prototypes • Solid design/prototyping skills in Figma and experience working with a design system • Solid understanding of modern UX/UI design principles for web and mobile • Experience building strong partnerships with product and engineering stakeholders in an agile environment • Strong bias towards action
